Founder of KG Kreation, Karine Godin brings over twelve years of experience in organizational leadership, operations coordination, project development, training, and continuous improvement. Holding a diploma in Business Administration, along with training in tourism, hospitality, and food service, she has worked across a variety of sectors, including community organizations, public administration, corporate environments, and aviation.
Despite the diversity of her professional background, one principle has remained constant throughout her career: client service. For Karine, every decision begins with understanding the client’s needs, reality, and experience. Her attentive listening skills enable her to quickly assess situations, ask the right questions, and develop practical, personalized, and meaningful solutions.
Her professional experience has allowed her to develop a unique combination of skills essential to her work: organizing information, coordinating stakeholders, clarifying priorities, and transforming complex needs into structured projects, effective methods, and practical tools. She places great importance on clarity, consistency, and helping her clients become more autonomous.
